Well, I finally had the right hill and the right snow conditions to get an accurate track speed reading with my turbo. In DEEP snow with a sled that is BARELY moving I was getting 64 and 65 mph track speed!!!! This compares to low to mid 40's pre turbo!!! Of course if I wheelied or anything like that I would see spikes of 80+mph.
This sled ROCKS!!!
I posted a link to some videos here. My tracks speed was measured before the video started. I measured it in the bottomless raveen (sp?)

So does anybody have any suggestions on how to improve this lousy track speed?

If you change your track to a 0.5x121, you should have no problem pulling track speed of 130+ mph in that deep stuff... mind you, your vehicle speed will really stink (0.00 mph).. For even better speeds, try an asphalt slick. It would probably hit 160+ (if you geared it so as not to explode your motor).
