Not Duponts. I’m referring to a better product IMO.Yes, I have the DuPont slides installed on mine. Longer wear less friction

I remember seeing a video of TD sled running 140 in 1/4 mile if I remember correctly, not a 1000ft. Pretty sure it had more mods to put it up over 300hp.No need to be like that.
I know these sleds can do that speed in that distance, but need to be tuned higher than PT
Was still a trailable setup though.
140 in a 1000ft is really cooking.

Actually the sled in the video I posted is running 163.5mph, that 22 miles mph faster than my sled. That’s on a calibrated radar unit borrowed from a local police department.
Yes the script that scrolls through prior to that run shows speed at different intervals and at 1000 it states 145 I thought.
Either way your 141 is still fast! I am impressed with those SRX sleds with their lowered stance and their stock 1” tracks, makes a big diff for what you are doing!! That and many other tricks of the racing trades.

If you pay attention in the second video, Ben announces the speeds attained at various intervals:
660ft 115mph
1000ft 127mph
1320ft 135mph
2000ft 143mph
To run 14mph faster than Ben in 1000ft on powertrail is monumental. Hence, the reason you had my full attention, so please dont be offended. We asked, you answered, and people can take or leave the info you provided.
Let's get the post back on topic and discuss track tension!

Come on dude you know you have .002" runout in your axles but your clueless with the machining of your clutches, niceTo be honest on the exact machining specs I’m not 100% sure. I would ask a shop known for doing these. I had mine done.
