Installed 2 ice scratchers from royal distributing and I`m not having much luck with them if ya can believe that, lol. I find they don't stay on the skid and are made cheaply, i`ve broke 2 so far while out in the field, don`t now how but guessing they popped out and hooked on something. Royal was good enough to replace one on a one time basis kinna deal.
Anyone have any experience or stories to tell, cheers.

I'm a fan of Over The Top Performance ski mount scratchers. Reversible with replaceable tips.

I have them on all my sleds. Have only used them once last year when running on a lake with very little snow. I also run Dupont sliders.

I like the flexible cable style ones with the a-arm mounts. They last a long time and never bend or break. Plus the tips are replaceable. I think they were dura scratches? I bought them 7 years ago still on first tips.

The metal arms bolted spring onto the skid. I’m gonna see if I can maybe make up something that mounts on the skis or just buy a set. What style are you using?
