Installed 2 ice scratchers from royal distributing and I`m not having much luck with them if ya can believe that, lol. I find they don't stay on the skid and are made cheaply, i`ve broke 2 so far while out in the field, don`t now how but guessing they popped out and hooked on something. Royal was good enough to replace one on a one time basis kinna deal.
Anyone have any experience or stories to tell, cheers.

DuPont slides, extra idlers by the rear arm = never needing To replace slides again without scratchers.

X2, I have extra wheels plus Yamaha low snow wheels in my Skid. Then all 5" wheels have been replaced with Excell X wheels. Running stock cheap #*$&@ hyfax I am getting 4,800 miles plus out of them. G.B.

Tnks biiys , looks like the next project after this season will be excel wheels on the skid. Now if we could only get some damn snow down here on the island.

What style are you using?

I like the flexible cable style ones with the a-arm mounts. They last a long time and never bend or break. Plus the tips are replaceable. I think they were dura scratches? I bought them 7 years ago still on first tips.
