Not exactly sure which primary clutch arms I have, i believe there a Yamaha part # 8gr -10, sorry can't remember exactly but they are much steeper angle than the factory ones with only 2rivet weights compared to the 3 rivet weights from factory. At the heel I have rivet and 1 washer, at the tip I have just a rivet ( I'm not sure about the weight of the rivets and washer ). I was hitting only 8400rpm and settling at 8000 to 8200rpm so I ground down the tip weights both sides and left about 1/16" th of material on each side of the tip rivets, the heel rivets I didn't change. By doing that I now see 86 to 8800 rpm and settles at around 84 to 8600 rpm. Is there anything I could do to bring the rpm up another 2 to 400rpm? I weigh around 190lbs with gear on and ride 99% trails.

Without knowing the specs on your weights youre shooting in the dark, but you need to remove more weight from the tip by the sounds of things.
