- 2014 SR Viper XTX
I was hoping someone could help me identify the primary spring thats in my 14 XTX. I bought the sled used and thought it was the stock spring, but yesterday I went for my last ride of the season and had a chance to look at the clutches on another viper, a 15 LTX, and I noticed that his spring appears to have significantly fewer coils visible than mine does, my spring looks like it has more coils, and I'm not sure of the free length but it is probably an inch or more longer than a BOP soft start spring. I looked for colour coding, but the only thing I could see were two blue lines, no room in the middle for a different colour. The spring itself is black. I'm going to try and get some pictures tomorrow.
