Under the hood there is a screw on the throttle body where the cable attaches , is this for idle adjustment? Thanks

Can you post a picture? I dont think that idle.

I think you're referring to the screw for adjusting play in throttle cable. Should have .030-.060" free-play measured up at handle bar throttle lever.
