Unfortunately I already screwed with the adjustment know on the IAC. It had no effect on idle speed at all. I'll check vacuum lines as well.

And my TPS reads 37 with throttle bodies closed and 97 at full open (GEMS disconnected and stock wiring harness plugged in). Manuel says it should read around 15 @ closed. So I guess it's hooped...or is there a way to adjust?

I think I have it figured out. bad TPS. I put the heat gun on it and it started at 35 and slowly climbed to 40.
I adjusted it as low as I could get it, which was 25. It finally fired up but still not great. I disconnected the TPS from the throttle bodies and turned it down with my finger to 20. Idled at 1500rpm. Finally!

Just to confirm the TPS was my problem. Replaced it and ran good all weekend. Man, it's nice to have a properly running sled again!
