having issue I'm hoping someone's had on here. Cel 37 is coming on for idle speed control valve. Tried running the test in diag mode and no success, tried 2 other valves, no luck, tried diff ecu, no luck, tried diff wiring harness for throttle bodies and no luck. Installed pc3 and ignition module between last known working and currently non working, so even tried bypassing that and it's still doing it, really not sure what's up. Any suggestions? Hoping I'm missing something
