Does anyone currently have the bearing number for the lower and upper idler wheel bearings? Sled has 10,000km on it, I re-greased the bearings a couple years ago and they don't seem to bad, thought about changing them out for preventative maintenance.
I searched on the parts diagram but it just gives me the Yamaha part number. Was thinking of going with an NTN bearing, I also noticed the bearings from Yamaha are like $30 plus a piece and I can get NTN economy bearings from Royal Distributing, $35 for a 10 pack. Now I don't know the quality of these bearings, I also seen the royal sells NTN bearings that are a bit more money which should be better quality.

6004-2RS are for the smaller wheels in skid. 6006-2RS are the larger wheels up top in skid.
Not sure if they have these sizes but if you want the best (supposedly) check out NTN Black Ice snowmobile bearings. Pricey.
I like ball bearings made in Japan or USA for quality. NTN, NSK, Koyo, SKF, Nachi. Like you said, you can buy them for $2-3 each but I'm not sure I'd trust the quality at that price point. Best to use EMQ (electric motor quality) bearings as raceways are finished better, and tolerances are held tigher. Also, look for ABEC-3 for higher quality.
