Inside Ski Lift GONE!

Let me just make it clear that the limiter strap adjustment was the key to eliminating the ski lift. Adjusting my strap two holes down from the from the top hole almost completely eliminated my inside ski lift problem. It solved 95% of the problem!

Finally, adjusting the limiter strap made no difference in ride stiffness on my sled.

Well it SHOULD eliminate the problem since it's whole purpose in life is to adjust the weight on the skis. Sucking up the limiter straps means the front of the rear suspension is carrying less of the sled's weight, so that weight gets transferred to the skis. The downside of this is that it leads to hard steering or darting. Both of which can be adjusted out to some degree.
