You need to order them either through a Ski-Doo dealer or denniskirk sells aftermarket ones made by Kimpex.
There is also a lengthy post about installing pilot skis with the ski-doo part number for the rubber pieces.

they are simple to install. get the rubber blocks put the taller part forward. pound 1 of the spacers out of the ski and put it back in backwards (creating the right amount of space to fit the ski on) work the bolt 1/2 way through then put the sled back on the ground and have someone lift the ski up in the front and push the bolt through when its lined up. thats all there is to it. i finally put mine on 2 days ago. pix later.

Or...if you do not take out one of the spacers (like I didnt--i wish I would have read the post above before i did mine ) you will need to pry the opening apart a bit...which was some work doing it alone. I actually used a car jack to lower the sled slowly. Instead of a one or two beer job it turned into a six pack.lol

Just put my pilots 5.7 on tonight was a little stumped until i red the post
and seen the pic of flopping the ski spacer. BIG HELP !!!
i used my yamaha spacer that goes through the spindle instead of the skidoo(i bought the kit)skidoo's spacer was shorter and a little more play.
also,i put them on an rtx. should i do anything to front shocks (psi setting)
or toe,etc... THANKS AGAIN !!!

after you flip the inside spacer, what do you put on the inside of the ski to prevent the spindle from wearing out the plactic on the ski?

i dont think it will wear because the spacer is still there but flush with the ski. i would think it would just sit agenst the smaller part of the spacer. if there is going to be any wear i would think there would only be a a little until the ski mounts are sitting 100% agenst the small part of the spacers. i could be wrong but just my guess
