How long should I allow myself? Put the studs on this weekend. Hooked up really good on the grass.

A couple hours max. It all depends on how easy those damn carb float bowl screws come out.

werd! Use your best screwdrivers, have an impact wrench handy, and ideally, remove the whole rack from the sled, so you can really get some torque on those screws.

Even with an impact wrench I "screwed up" 4 of the 16 screws. Where can get new screws for the Mikunis?

Any good hardware store. Carb bowl screws are 4mm x 10mm, .7 pitch
While you're at it, the carb to intake boot screws are 4mm x 25mm, .7 pitch
Get allen head cap screws.

I used the impact wrench and all of the screws came out fine. Watch out for that little o-ring under the top cap, easy to loose.
