Honestly I guess if things are just based on CC then maybe not so bad? (998cc) but if things are based on MSRP pricing then surely higher....but lets hope they dont base things on Horsepower, cause that might get very costly!

Mine is based purely on cc the Apex is cheaper than the Nytro

My company Allstate, also goes by cc size. I was surprised this year when my 7000 cat was $80 more then my Apex, when the Apex has about 25 more HP. It will be my luck, if I buy a Sidewinder, that Allstate will probably switch to HP to figure their rates.
