I am putting together a Phazer that someone else took apart. Just about done but want to make sure the hose on the fuel pressure regulator is ust a vent hose? I can't tell in the service manual. I am asking because my machine won't start and acts like it isn't getting fuel. Thanks!

Looking at the service manual it appears to be vacuum line. plugs into a three way T connector. At least thats what it appears to me.

If you can take a picture of this and how it's mounted it would be great, thinking about changeing my regulator my self but not sure how much i need to take of to get to it and how hard it is to change.
Have my own topic on this also.

Looks like its not used according to the diagram. That would vary fuel pressure to vacuum. Not needed with a good map.
