sounds good thanks for your help the machine is under warranty but I rather do this myself!Could be either. Probably best to just do like SnoNinja says and pull tank and shield. That way you get a clear look at both.


Can I access the top of that heat exchanger from down there
Yes. Barely though. It's not fun. Usually the clamp for bleed hose is facing toward gas tank so you have to force it toward front to be able to tighten it.

AND..........there is a known issue on 2014 Viper where the logo is on the hose and if the clamp is not on perfect it does a strange sometime leak. Info here - http://www.ty4stroke.com/threads/viper-strange-slow-leak.133136/


Yup. I think every hose is suspect. Mine the upper radiator hose I had to do twice!

This is the hose I mention, any idea why a manufacture would put a logo there? Just enough of the logo was out of the clamp that it would leak only sometimes.
If you cannot find the leak look here where hose connects to thermostat housing
