Just wanted to document my 136" on my 2016 Phazer RTX for others looking to do the same. All the threads I've found were older. Nothing for a 2016. My sled has 252 miles on it. I bought it in Jan (2016). I am using tracksusa's 121 to 136 extension plates, new hyfax, and a Camoplast #9034c track. It's a 136" x 14" x 1.5". It does infact weigh 37.2 lbs like Camoplast claims. It's clipped in every window (fully clipped). I'll post updates and pictures as we progress. Just got my parts from Tony at tracksusa today (9-01-16). Any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for looking! As a side note, my sled is bone stock, and after riding it last winter, the trenching was so bad am not willing to ride it any longer with the stock 121 ripsaw.

Good luck. ;)!

I did my 07 in Jan 2015 and it's been great. Quite a few of us have done it here so if you run into problems just ask.

Going to attempt to pull the skid this weekend. I ordered a couple things from Schmidt Brothers, hoping that'll be here one day next week. Going to have the shocks (both) revalued, along with the s/s oil line upgrade. I did read a few other 136 threads about the track tensioner possible issues. I'm sure I'll have a few questions. I'm currently researching tunnel / bumper extensions.

We got the skid out. Grinder / drilled out the rivets that hold the factory axle tensioner brackets onto the skid. Test fitted the extension plates (which fit with just a little sanding / cutting of the stock axle openings). Tore the skid completely apart, cleaned it (hot water/soap/acetone), fitted the extension plates one last time, installed / trimmed the new hyfax, and re-assembled (minus the shocks). Everything is going well. Still not sure what I want to do about the rear bumper / tunnel. I didn't receive any instructions with my hardware. In case anyone is wondering, there are 2 different bolts (gold colored with a non threarded shank) and a generic hardware store looking full thread bolt. The gold shank bolts hold the extension plates to the factory skid, the generic appearing bolts reattach the factory axle tensioner brackets to the extension plates. You need to drill 3 new holes in the stock skid to attatch the extension plates. Not a big deal, just wanted to mention it.

All said and done your looking at about 7 1/2" of additional track in the ground, combine that with the new (free ride) 1.5" lug vs the stock 1" rip saw lug, and it's easy to see the gain in powder / lose snow / off trail use will be much improved. Hopefully there won't be to much additional vibration on trail / low snow conditions, and the lugs stay intact. I'll update when we get the stock track out, and the new track in. ~ Jayson.

Looks good. I am still kicking myself for not extending mine to 136 when I upgraded to the 1.5" freeride track.a few years ago.

I did my 07 back in 07 with a cut down 1.25 track and it is like a new sled. I also did a 4th wheel kit at the same time. No problems since it was done. You will love the new ride.

Still wanting to do my sled also. Thanks for the pictures and please keep the pictures coming.
