Jerry can for MTX

I would like to carry a jerry can on my MTX. What are you guys using and results? Definately need a turn out, but I don't want to burn my can or sled up. Any ideas? Thanks.

I carry extra gas, i made an aluminum tub (box) for 2- 1 gallon cans, it cost the price of the aluminum, and bout 10.00 for the two cans, i sent the holder out for powder coating so i could have it back in a week and post a picture.

I Got the mountain addiction bungieless gas can system. It works sweet, it cost a little but for me well worth it. no rack just rails the cans slides onto. So when your not carrying gas its still a nice clean look, of course you need the turnout or some sort of heat shield. They even have colors of cans to choose from.

I bought a Ski Doo can and am mounting it as we speak. I will do a little heat shield as well.

Here's my build for my girl's sleds, still need to get the turnouts tho. Even powdercoated em to match!!!!
