I figured the best advice for setting up suspension on the phazer would come from the tuners on here. Looking for help because I like to jump my phazer and everytime i come off a jump, the front end comes up and my #*$&@ end likes to stay low so im always hard on the brake in the air and I am trying to play with my suspension, does my back shock need to rebound quicker or what. If somebody could possibly give me a few tips on setting the rear suspension up so its easier to level out in the air that would be great

i'm just shooting out in the dark... Maybe try letting off the gas at the exact same time that your leaving the jump. That doesnt happen to me when I hit jumps. Try "hard" on the torsion springs and 3 on the other shock in the skid.

set it to full stiff and let off the gas at the top of the jump thats what i had to do this sled jumps alot diffrent then other sled ive jumped u just have to learn how to jump the phazer

im set at the hardest all the way around and if you dont jump right then you still "wheelie" in the air.just have "coast" off the jump and tap/hold brake in air and then gun it before you land.

It's mainly in the throttle not the suspension. If you pin it last second off the lip you will likely be pointing to the sky. If you let off too soon you will be pointing to the ground.

Pick your speed well before the jump and try not to make big adjustments in your speed right before the jump(if you don't have too). You can gas it in the air to lower the back end or hit the brake in the air to lower the front end.

I always try to pick the speed that will send you high enough to let the sled arc down naturally and hit the landing. If you get good at picking those speeds you will find your lands a lot smoother. I've seen people try and jump a big jump small and they end up landing on the back end more times than not. I've also seen people come up to the jump slow and then once they are on the jump (and can see the landing) they pin it and send the front end to the sky. This also chews the hell out of the jump and pisses your buddies off cause they can't jump it anymore cause you wrecked it. With a constant speed the jump doesn't get all trenched out.

Cheers!
REVREND

Thanks for the help guys, i always let right off the gas on the lip of the jump and brake as soon as i leave the jump its just alot different they say a rev 440 chassis takes some getting used to. Just wanted to see what everyones got there suspension set like im set at hard on the torsion spring and the rear shock is set about half way.

You know what I have found works....JUST DO IT. Don't plan it out and go through a process, just hit it! You will get a feel for what to do and do it without thinking.
