well as the title says I just wanted to send out a quick thank you to this site and all those that post to this great site! I am far from a sled technician however with all the information on here I have been able to service my own machines. What a great feeling! I have a 2008 Apex LTX and just finished removing and rebuilding my rear skid suspension and reinstalled after getting the arms powder coated, bearings replaced and new hyfax. I also replaced the speedo bearing on the driveshaft. What a PITA that was! Anyway, prior to this I didn’t even know where the driveshaft bearing was located exactly. Engine oil and chaincase oil changes. This is a huge savings vs getting the dealer to do this job. I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable riding season!
