I think we are basically doing the same as your buddy plus the head and cams. , he's ordering pcv and airbox mod( exhaust is already installed ). Hopefully I'm not building a sled that will beat my turbo lol.

It's on his sight. Huricane machines the head we send him , port the head and over size intake valves. They will machine it to set compression. The kits comes with a new intake cam.

The Viper is capable of that Hpr without head mods and cams....can just imagine a good head mod with nasty cams, but then you are looking at higher compression to match the cams, so a higher octane (race fuel mix) will be needed. I'm at 171.1 with modded intake, EVO header and trail muffler, PC5 and EVO stage 4 flash dynoed at EVO last year.

Once we get a definite date I'll take care of bookings and make sure the same fuelling stops are still open.
After elliot lake it takes close to a tank to each station (one in black creek and one at a lodge 25kms past the chapleau turn off) then in wawa

That is a beutiful ride, and yes the weeks into Feburary are usually the best time to ride. Amazing country up in those parts !!!
