My sled does have the rear heat exchanger with protectors made with aluminum and pieces of hyfax.

I would take your shock and spring right out, send it to pioneer and tell them you weight and riding style and they will put the appropriate spring on and revalve it for your weight. No guess work, its all done for you. I like those guys...
