Kimpex Rush Skis?

According to Royal Distributing's catalog, it does use the same carbide as Skidoo precision skis.

I see that too but that can't be correct. The skis clearly show 3 studs per runner. The Precision skis use only 2 studs per runner.

I just saw these in my new kimpex book. Look very interesting and not to mention very affordable.

The ski keel profile resembles the quali piece cobra head skags. If it works the same it should eliminate darting.

I am ordering a set today to see what they look like.

Yup, you're right. Looks like Royal Distributing screwed up.

my book says precision ski runners will fit it as well. The ski may have 3 holes for runner studs, ,but that doesn't mean it has to use all 3. 2 of he holes must be on same centerline as the precision runners.

I believe it is the Kimpex website that says they use the same runners as Pro-Steer skis. I would go buy that before I would go by what a distributor has listed. The profiles of the runners that come with the Rush ski kit and the runners for Pro-Steer skis look the same too. The runners for Precision skis look a lot different.

Plus, the distance between the 2 rear bolts on Polaris' runners is 7 1/4" I think and the distance between the 2 bolts on the Precision runners 6 1/4", so they can't use the same holes.

I will have a set here by end of week! Will post up my findings.

I would like to know the length of the keel, if you could post that as well. The 2012 8HV skis have a 27-1/2" keel. My Pilot 5.7 skis have around a 21" keel (I think).

They came late friday. I will measure the keel tomorrow.
Cool. Post some pics and your opinion of how they look too. Thanks.

We've been testing them on a Viper this season. Have nearly 900 miles on them so far and they are working well. Just fitted them up with some snow trackers to test on the next trip out.

They need snow trackers?
Was thinking about putting a set on my son's attack instead of buying snow trackers
