I got my wife a 07 GT and am having trouble setting it up for her . It is verry hard to steer . The strenght needed to turn the bars is to difficult I have a 1000 renegade and its easy compared to her Phazer . Im over 200 lbs so when im on it its completely different than for her , she is 130 lbs or so with gear , I have the front limiter all the way out , spring on max setting , rear spring on soft , shocks backed off as far as they can be and the pillow blocking rubbers reversed on skis to help with darting but it still drives like a heavy tank , I was thinking of getting more weight off the skis by placing a heaver spring in front of skid any ideas to help it steer lighter would be great

New skis. The stock Yamaha skis are terrible. With all the suspension tuning needed to make the stock skis steer properly, it has to throw off everything else. I would highly recommend some decent skis and then set the suspension how you want it.
