Leaking Fox Float?

I was out last weekend and got hammered from some less than preferable conditions, and I noticed in the trailer that my front right Fox Float has oil all over the shaft (looks like dark grease).

Question, it appears that it is still holding pressure as its sitting level, I still have to check with my gauge, but I am assuming it will need a rebuild?

It's fine. From time to time they leak a little bit of the fluid that is just behind the wiper seals....that fluid has nothing to do with performance of the shock (unlike a gas/hydraulic shock).
