There is a company named Rush that is making a light weight front end kit for the RX-1. It consists of A-arms, spindles, and steering rods. It saves 12.45 pounds over stock.
They are available through WPS. Retail price is $600
Has anyone heard of this company before or have any experience with their products? I have not yet been able to find them on the net.

I remember someone on Snowest who was not too happy with Rush Mfg. Not sure if we're talking about the same party. Do a search on Snowest.

Spray, I'm not saying anything bad about them myself, I have never bought anything from them. There was a thread on Snowest really bashing their customer service and quality control. Seems like this guy does sled stuff on the side and could't afford to refund someones money for trailing arms that they weren't happy with. Do a search for Rush on Snowest and you'll find the thread.

I bought Rush arms and I had to cut them and bend them to make them fit. Just telling it like it is. Will not buy from him again.

Thanks for saving me $600 guys. That would not have been good.

That was a nasty bit of business on SnoWest, and from what I could tell, that Rush guy hung himself.

rush front end kit
please dont anybody waste your money on this kit i just purchased one and the kit is the biggest joke i have ever seen the workmanship is horrible it looks like a project that an eigth grade metal shop put toghether the welds were absolutly horrible but worse than that was that nothing and i mean nothing fit together the geometry was all wrong i had to pound and bend on it for hours to even get it close, every one of the holes were to small and filled with a glob of weld i had to drill and file down every hole to get the bolts to go through and after all that the geometry was so wrong that the suspension would not travel correctly because it was binding everywhere, it's like these guys had no clue when they put this thing together the just cut some tubing and threw some huge globby welds on it without taking any measurments the kit was so bad that after spending hours working on it i still couldnt even get it close to working trust me it is well worth the extra money to get a kit that is reputable
