Are you talking about helo?
If so, i had one and honestly noticed nothing different with the sled suspension.
Not anything to be afraid of, but make sure you get the suspension parts it replaced just in case you ever need them.

I had a phazer with a 136 EZ Ryde skid. Night and day difference over OEM skid. Almost no bottoming. The skid really soaks up the big stuff. Might have just been me and my settings, but rebound was a little harsh on stutter bumps and similar trail conditions. With the single arm, the skid is "coupled" all the time, and prevents or limits front end lift. Overall, its' a very good skid that performs well in rough trail and off trail conditions.
