Plenty on here will recommend NOS or turbo.
Some cheaper mods that people seem to have success with would be an airbox mod. Some are claiming 2-3 mph doing that.
Might be able to get a couple miles per hour with windage plates.
What are you running for gearing and clutching? What about track? Studded / Non studded?
