Losing coolant on a 2003 RX1. Cant see any visable leaks in belly pan or on the ground. oil is clean, no contamination.
Any problems with this year or where should I look. ets pretty warm in low snow conditions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 1st place to check is at the rear suspension brackets, they tend to RUB against the sides of the COOLERS and wear threw them and SEEP and sometimes the coolant will leak to belly pan along the running boards 'cause of the rear end being higher...

first of all, do you see coolant under the sled as if it leaked? or are you topping up the coolant level in the bottle and finding it lower after a ride? if you are checking the level its normal to settle below the line, the excess is being sent out the overflow hose. to check this ziptie a piece of paper towel over the end of the hose.

I noticed that if I fill my coolant bottle up to the line(cold), then go for a ride, and let it cool again, the level is almost always down. It bugged me at first, I kept topping up, and it kept going down, I thought I had a leak.
But it never went down any further, it likes to sit about halfway between the bottom of the jug and the fill line. It must have been puking some of it out the overflow.

Mine tends to leak a little where the coolant flows thru the carbs. There are small tubes between the carbs that you can rotate with your finger.I think these tend to leak more when running filters since the rack can vibrate more without the support of the airbox. The fix was to split the rack and add an extra o-ring if I remember correctly.Seemed like more work than it was worth to me.

How much are you loosing, say in a 200 mile day?

My 04 Warrior used a slight amount of antifreeze and a slight amount of oil.
Compression and leakdown tests were both good.
Yammie decided to do a rebuild. I was hesitant to let them do it as both issues were almost nonexistant but I ended up having it done.
Dealer found the minor antifreeze leak when reinstalling the engine. It was at the hose clamp where the coolant hose connects under the engine as I recall.
I forget whether the clamp had been overtightened or undertightened but that is where the leak was.
BTW it was so small it never showed on the trail like Cat puke.
