Hi
Got a problem the other day.
I drive at sea level and have a 270 tune. Put in a bigger fuel pump and everything was working 100%.
Was seeing 17 psi of boost and pulling around 9300rpm.
But got a problem with high intake temp some times so i got a stage 3 intercooler from mcxpress.
Now i got Nice and steady intake temps but i only got 14 pounds of boost and 8200-8600 rpm.

I have also drilled up the red fuel return elbow.
Air/fuel ratio is good at around 11.8 at WOT.

Anybody have any tips?
I have also pressure testes the cooler and lines to 20 psi with no leaks.

Find someone with a flasher, check/clear codes in ecu and retest.

TOMCAT performance found multiple leaks on the exhaust side or the air tube to turbo on WINTERWOLF's sled.
He was 185 hp before then 204 after they fixed leaks.
How's BOV? My stock BOV held 20 psi with tester, but turned out to be bad under actual load.
Then do what FLEECER said...

You might want to check you intake boots after the throttle body going into the motor. Mine have leaked there causing under boost. Since it’s after the throttle body’s it’s not really detected by a boost leak test.

The bov is a mcx bow in the intercooler.

Took test to 20 psi. Opend the throttle and everything but no go.

if that new intake/intercooler is not bolted down it will lift under boost.
