I also have the Cortech sport saddle bags and matching top bag, but never thought about trying them on the Vector. Where do you attach the forward straps? Got a picture of them installed?SounderMN said:I ended up getting Cortec sport bags. They are really designed for motorcycles, but the fit it similar enough, and the quality is very high. Overall the quality is higher than the yammy bags, and cost is the same or a bit less. The lower straps on the cortec bags are double stitched internally, a little better than the yammy bags. But, the top straps have a huge connection, and are sewn in a criss-cross pattern with a pair of wide adjustable straps. The trunk bag has a piece that fits under the saddle bag straps, quick disconnects that attach directly to the saddlebags, plus a pair of bungee cords you can use to attach to the sled. This is a much sturdier setup, for sure. Also, the bags are bigger, and are expandable. They come in an electric blue that really looks good on the sled. I hope they hold up as nicely as they look!
I currently have these on my '06 and they seem to hold up well. link to SMA-8ES73-00-00 I'm not sure if they fit on the DBII models or not.
