M20 Airwave - What slides does this thing take?

I just purchased a 2004 Ski-Doo Rev for my wife and it came with an M20 Airwave rear skid from Team FAST. I've tried to get in touch with them, but have not gotten a reply yet. Does anyone know what p/n or profile fits on the 136" M20 Airwave?
