I'd be last one to call you a slow poke Bounty! I have a hard time keeping up with you when you have Rosemary on the back riding double on a one up machine. That pair got skills!
Someone has to ride tail end however and thanks to you for doing that for more then once. I can spell you at the back of the pack anytime you want or lead the slow group. Fine by me!

Blustar have here the 06 ride day by day in Garmin format. I think I have all the years rides in Garmin format. If you PM me your email address I will send them to you to give you an idea of the different rides we have taken and distances traveled.
I tried to upload them to the site but they are not allowed to be posted. I will help out anyway I can.

Man I wish I knew if I could come for sure!!!
I'm very surprised and excited about the amount of people interested.
I wish I could give more input, but I just don't know the trails as well as you guys. (I'm a ditch banger) But also love trail riding when I get the chance and always buy a snowpass.
Anything you guys need I'll do my best to help out!

Route #3 (the south junction loop) is only 300 miles. We did that exact same loop from the Glen Howard back in Feb 2008 with Sasquatch. It was -38 in the morning so we didn't leave the hotel until 10:00. We were back at the Glen Howard at 21:00. We stopped for lunch in Richer and dinner in Falcon Lake.

He's going to have a hard time keeping his thumb off the throttle this year, Larry you better order some velcro to stitch to that seat for that new build of yours!!!!!!

Matt, I was on that one too, the last part was brutal, I don’t think that ride would work with too many riders, however a small group is ok.

Its always challenging to find the right formula for the length of these rides. I am really hoping that we will have the opportunity to have a few guides step forward to help out so that we give the options to the riders to perhaps choose:
1) Regular ride e.g. 150 miles to 180 miles or
2) Extended ride ride of 180 - 300 mles.
Do you guys think this would work (assume we have guide leaders)?
I am trying to put the squeeze on SRXTwins (Brian) to be a guide leader and need to prime him up more... LOL any ideas on what I need to do? LOL)
(FYI, I am calculating the mileage of these rides based on whats on the SNOMAN maps as well as a bit of estimating). I was surprized to be out by 10% on the Sprague Loop ride!!!!! )
I am working on a few other routes including one into the Interlake area which I rode last year and was astonished of its beauty and trail conditions. I will post after I reduce it because the last distance I had was about 380 miles - LOL too much.

Here is a website I am playing with which will have information about the TY Manitoba Ride - 2009. Check it out and let me know what you would like to see on there. Its under development so be patient and I will be adding things regularly.
