Have you been riding it or have you only ran it one the jack stand? My mcxpress even with the stock clutching hitting rev limiter was so strong it made my adrenaline flow, what a rush. Now with just enough weight to keep her off the limiter she is a rush to ride. I did flick the swith to 14 psi, it revs so fast ..... and hits the rev limiter in no time. Can't wait to get in the supertips to get the rpms down to 10400. I will clutch for 14 lbs and 10400 and use 10 lbs for long distance trail riding. Dyno showed that the mcxpress rear 16T is loosing as much as 30 HP running at 11000 rpms. Better to keep her at peak for racing.

Is this 10000 rpms at WOT? Then you are right in the powerband. If you don't find making 100 more HP impressive then you aren't making that much HP indicating something is wrong with your turbo setup.

Is your boost gauge hooked up should read 10#. If you are in a field it should have so much power you can't look at the gauge. After 10 ft your skiis should be pointing straight up!!!

I jetted down from 22.5 to 17.5 on the pilot jets. Did this because of throttle chop and hard starting when warm. It felt a little too rich down low. I hope throttle response will be better also.
A few days ago I did a little test in my driveway. First I ran my 2005 ECP 60 ft, transfer set at full and spring set to soft. Second I ran my 2003 MCX the same distance, stock transfer and limiters 1/2" in. Both sleds studded 144 and 168 studs. Off the line the turbo sled can't keep up, the ecp sled has incredible throttle response, far better than I can remember from last year, together with skid setup it launches hard. At 30 ft turbo sled is at 10 lbs boost and kicks butt until 60 ft. I didn't have a timer so I don't know what the 60ft et was. Bottom line is that the turbo sled is not as responsive then the ECP sled. This was before jetting down on the pilots on the turbo sled, it may be a different story if I repeated the test now. I still have the silver springs to try.

Glad it's up and running.
If the motor is not getting loaded it will not build much boost. I forgot to mention that I used the softest spring possible 35/101 blue-silver-blue with the stock weights which I loaded to the max using 17.2 mm rivets together with 1.5 mm washers to a total of 79 grams. It has still too little weight in primary.
