Hi, Im going to boosting my vector 2006 with a custombuilt turbo system with 16t.
Going to change the chain tensioner into the blue ones.
Installed a Mcx Headshim on the Engine last weekend, grind the camgears as in the manual.
But I'm worried that I've done wrong, the engine line up well both on the crank and the cams..

I will show you guys pictures of the camtiming I've done, i grinding the sprockets about 1mm with dremmel like the mcx manual described.

So I have turned camgears where the arrows are pointing to get the timing correct.

Can anyone tell me if this is right or wrong?

Sorry for bad English, I'm swedish

Looks good to me!
I hope the arrows are pointing away from the chain tensioner?

On both gears I think?

I Hope my settings would be fine then :)

If you have the #1 cylinder on the TDC - top dead center, the flywheel markers aligned, and the dots on the cams aligned (sort of as You have ground the holes) You're good to go.
Have you rotated the engine a couple of revolutions to make sure nothing is binding?

X2 Make sure to check the dots on cams are aligned with #1 @ TDC!!! Don't take any chances if you are unsure, feel free to ask questions....

Yes. The #1 are nearest the camchain? I didnt turn the engifte over after i get off the head.

But now I turned the engine over à couple of times and all seems to be good.

The piston nearest camchain are in tdc when I got the marks aligned in the magcover.

This is right?
