I installed my filters, exhaust, and fuel controller on Saturday, and when I pin the throttle from a dead stop to maybe 1/8th throttle or so, my sled misses once or twice. Is this a lean condition causing this? Once my RPM's are up, it goes away and pulls really good. I switch my gauge over to tach mode, and I don't think it's hitting the rev limiter, cause the tach only gets to 8900-9000 RPM's. I don't know if the map needs to be tweaked slightly or what? If anyone could let me know if this is normal or not, I would appreciate it. Im not too familiar with modding a 4-stroke.

It doesn't seem like I notice a lag in acceleration when it's doing it. I would need to get on a hard pack trail and try it though. Snow conditions today aren't exactly ideal for traction.

I have the full hindle set up and it does the same thing. If you're getting multiple studders, it may be the rev limiter if not clutched for the added power. Mine has a single hesitation due to the lack of exhaust back pressure. That's normal.

I know mine does that. But like Mr. Sled said I don't notice any loss in engine performance while it pops

I am going to use the stock spring, but I have to buy it first. My sled had a Hauck clutch kit in it, and the secondary has a silver spring in it now. I have for a sale a Hauck clutch kit. I don't know much about it, but if someone asks questions about it, I will try to find out and let you know!!

Get rid of the system that injects air into the system to make the sled not have as much engine braking and allows it to feel more like a 2 stroke.
