mpi turbo mount bolt lower bolt on 2016 mtx was out all the way. what is torque on this bolt turbo moved alot toward clutch side. 6400 miles

bolt was out on lower tturbo support to engine anyone know what the torque specs are for this bolt. mpi dealer installed 2016 viper mtx putting bolt back in moved turbo quite a ways

Is it just the bolt that takes the 10mm socket to tighten it up (goes into the magneto/stator cover)? If so it's only 6 ft lbs of torque, put some blue loctite on it as well.

If it's the bigger bolt on the front side of the engine torque it to 30 ft lbs.
