I'm looking into dropping the rear suspension a few inches to lower the rear COG. Lots of people relocated their skid and stuff but im looking for someone who has played with their phazer enough to know them pretty well. I know my nytro by heart but the wife's phazer is a different story.
Anyone know how to do this. Can i just remove the bolt that hold the rear part of the suspension make a hole higher and just bolt it on? Needs some input on this. Having a little project on the go, well a big project actually in the works.
Any help will help.

I wonder if you could just re-position the aluminum link arms on the upper shaft?

That's what I was actually thinking about. Removing the rear bolt, letting the skid rise in the tunnel, drill 2 new holes and Voila!
I'll wait and see what others think also. Sure some of them upgraded the rear suspension to something else and must know a lot about how to make them fit and modify them etc......

I think if you just drill the mount holes higher, your track is going to hit the top of the tunnel when the suspension bottoms out. You might be better off putting some limiter straps on the rear scissor link to lower the sled.

No, that is not what I was talking about. I was thinking you could reposition the aluminum link arms on the spline upper shaft.

Yes, and if nothing else it would be an easy thing to try and see if it gets you what you are looking for.
