need help getting chaing case back together correctly!!!

I changed my track last night and I can't figure out how the gears go back on

I don't have my service manual so I'm screwed right now. Does anyone know of a diagram or website of the chain & gear assembly??

Don't have time to check, but if you go on yamahas web site they have the parts section. Look in the right place and it should show you how it came apart. Might help.

Still couldn't get it to work??? When I tighten up the bolt on the bottom gears, everything locks up.....WTF???

Should I back off that bolt a little? If I do, then everything seems to work fine.

You have your parts arrangement on the bottom set up incorrectly. I just remembered having the same issue that you are having, and I know how frustrating it can be ! Go over Ulmer's full explanation again and double check that your arrangement is correct. I believe it's a simple swap of a spacer or something like that. I'll hit you back if I remember correctly, but for now, here's the setp by step that Allan posted a while back...

Got it!!!

I finally got it back together on Friday.

We had a riot this past weekend. What a difference a 1.75" track and 6.9 pilots make.

Honestly, I was not happy with my stock Nytro that I spent $10K on. Now, I love it more than any Rev I've ever owned.

I can't wait to take it out west in March!!
