Here is a picture of the stock exhaust, I need help in modifying it. What should I do to make it a little louder without affecting the performance negatively. The exhuast comes into the center chamber, which is sealed off except for 2 crossover pipes, one of them you can see, then the exhaust goes into the outer chambers where it exits out the exhaust pipes. There is packing on the sides of the canister, held in by a mesh plate. Anybody done theirs yet?[/b]

Just take the middle parts of the can out, Or drill some larger holes. I did mine twice because It was still to quiet for my taste, Now it sounds great to me that is. I heard another piped rx-1 on the trail over the weekend. I think mine sounded a lot better then his. Store bought. :mrgreen:

I removed all the middle "stuff" too. Sounds excellent. Not quite Vance and Hines silencer, but a lot tougher.
