What's the scoop on gutting the new sleds. 2011-13 ? ?
Its a totally looking muffler under the seat than the older ones.

That does sound nice, but I'd want to hear it out on the trail first before I'd decide to do the work.

Any plans of doing that out trail riding?

i gutted my exaust, have pictures of the process but its the same as on here so no point in uploading them. anyways, i also put the ram air kit on the air box with a fuel controller which also advances the timming, brough tmy rpms up to 11k. ill need to do someclutching now as once the weather drops ill be bouncing the rev limiter, the best modds to do by far for best bang for buck

I went for a decent spin last week. I liked the sound. It was a touch loud perhaps but still better then the old drone. Will be mostly a lake rider up here with the odd ungroomed trail.

Bought a 2008 Apex 40th that has this mod, and I love the sound. It is a bit excessive when you're driving slow, but once you're on the trails and open it up it sounds great!
