I have an '02 grizzly stock with 27" ITP 589's with C-series rims.
I would like to do the stock exhaust mod. and I was thinking a K&N filter, jet kit, and am looking for suggestions on what to do with the clutch. I also want to go back down to 25" tires and put them on the C-series rims. So the 27's are for sale with alot of tread left on them.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I am new to this site and am enjoying it!!!! :bling

i just did my own exhaust mod.i removed the spark arrester screen from the main body, then cut it back almost all the way.then weld the 2 stubs together, ground the weld to be smooth and tack weld the screen back into position.pretty easy and got rid of the sputtering sound and has a hint of thump now ;)!

As far as the exhaust I am going to increase the stock exhaust pipe to 1 3/4" and drill 7 1/2" holes in the baffle. Get a jet kit and for the clutch Iam either looking for suggestions on springs and wieghts or a specific brand. Which one works the best?
