So I found a guy that has a set of Stage 5 Elka shocks off his Arctic Cat XF7000 137 Limited for sale. I want to upgrade my shocks and these seem like a great deal at 650 Canadian plus shipping. I am just not sure the suspensions are the same and if I can even use the shocks on my 2017 Sidewinder. I like my suspension, but it can be so much better and my rear has no adjustments. Does anyone know if these will fit and if that really is a good deal?

This is just for the rear, but I assume this is a pretty decent deal? I just want to be sure they fit and not buy some shocks that wont even fit my sled. I am a little worried about buying across the border, but hopefully credit card protection and or Paypal will protect me. Anyone know of other ways to protect yourself or check out a guy in CA selling something?

These came off an Arctic Cat XF 7000 limited so I wasnt sure that was the same as a Viper and Sidewinder

If they are from a 137” and your sled is a 137” they will fit. That said I just dealt with a set of the Stage 5 Elkas. The ice scraper in the fronts was so tight on shaft the shocks were sticking. They also use a seal made of plastic rather than a normal oring or x ring. All this can be fixed or maybe the set I worked on were defective but look for any leaks and push the shocks through entire travel before putting them on.
