Or the same rear shock with 22 compression adjustments + rebound and steel spherical bearing mounts ......PLUS a front track shock with 22 compression adjustments for only $799?

Regardless of whether the LE's have a different skid than the DX's, there is no question but that the 129" and 137" skids are different, and as Cannondale pointed out, the shock lengths are different. Any of the other sites I have seen selling Fox shocks, have specified either the 129" or the 137", and I have not seen any (other than Carver) say the same shocks fit both. Before I bought those shocks, I would want Carver to guarantee that they would fit my sled, and pay return shipping if they didn't.

Agreed! Usually a measurement of the eye to eye length and body length will tell you if a shock will work.

So really. Rode alot of miles. No one is constantly adjusting shocks. For most, too much ice build up anyway. I bought Elka's and they set me up at Accelerated Technologies here in Buckhorn. 95 % of the time they are perfect. The rest I don't worry about.
