Need your help solving my TORS problem

everytime i turn the key, not starting motor, the TORS with code 84 shows up on the screen, i inspected the throttle play, seems to be normal, what else could it be? never took it apart yet, also never adjusted the throttle cable, or the throttle. not familar with 4 strokes, since this is my first 4 stroker... much help would be appreciated

Last trip to the mountains, my buddy bypassed his as it was acting up for no apparent reason as well, think I'll be doing it soon also.
Imagine if it activated on a big pull...
