Powder Lites header
Well guys this header in picture will be prototype and hang on the wall of shame I think.
I had my welder Heino stop by and picked it apart!!
That's why I pay him the big bucks!
We are going to make it even better and should have pictures up soon.
Sapling wait a little more and see how we do here.
Maybe someone wants to offer $$ for good looking polished stainless wall ornament!
R & D sucks when you figure out after the fact that there is always better way to do something. 2 days of education? Cost of making a better business in the long run.
Any old headers in stock are not looking so good right now.

Re: Powder Lites header
LOL Dave...pretty sure you have to crash to learn to ride a bike...seems to apply to most things...besides, that's the 'R' in R&D...the 'D' comes after successful testing...
Oh, since you're in the exhaust lab...have I bugged you and Heino about the Nytro undertunnel exhaust lately...
...I'll bid on the polished proto in a bundle when that's ready ...LOL
Looking forward to Stage 3 Nytro...keep up the good work...

This is a wild guess ... cause I really have no clue LOL
Here we go
1. MCXpress MCX550 kit midmount
2. Simons CPR
3. Yours, made when having welding blindness
LOL I don't know what application this one is for.
Please tell us what we're looking at, the last one looks rather creative, from a bike or something???

That #3 has to be off that 500 horse drag sled judging by the size of the turbo? #1 is somebody's midmount conversion question is who's.

Would you build a header like that to fit the MCX Mitsubishi 16T turbo? And maybe a good downpipe for it as well? Me and some friends are converting our MCX rearmounts to frontmounts, we wanna use your stuff if possible.

We're three guys around here planning on converting our RX-1 and Apex MCX rearmounts to frontmounts.
We want to build on what we already have trying to keep the cost down.
With your new Apex Gen3 header, what would I need to buy to convert my rearmount to a front mount?
Will your new header, a Garrett turbocharger with your mods done to it and your Apex HP downpipe fit the RX-1? What about cost for the parts needed?
