New Spark Plugs, How Tight?

How tight should new spark plugs be?

1/2 to 3/4 turn or torque wrench?

not very tight. go till finger tight then a little tug on the ratchet. use a short ratchet so you dont have added torque and dont start feeling like the hulk when dealing with aluminum heads. ngk calls for 7-14ftpounds (conical gasket type 14mm threads) apply some antiseaze compound on threads of you plan to leave them in for long time.
