2014 SR Viper LT-X
Hello All.

I just picked up my 1st sled in 2 years, 2014 Sr Viper LTX. She has high miles but it is in really good shape.

After my first rip, she felt a little slow, not much snap. I came off an 2008 MXZ and before that a 2010 Nytro, so not what I was used to.

If I had $500 to $1,000 to spend to get more out of this sled, what should I do? I also want to keep it reliable.

I'm 215lbs, the sled has good newer picks.

The other thing is I'm in the London ON area, and not that mechanically inclined, is there a shop around here that can help me?

I just rode my sled this past weekend. I did not ride it stock so cant compare to that. I did a pipe, clutch kit and the DIY air box mod. Midrange was great. Top speed was not as great but it depends I guess how fast you are wanting to go.

sounds like you need a clutch kit and the overdrive machining on the clutches. ulmers kit is good but there are others that work too.
