I have a 2008 phazer and the hand warmers do not seem to work, I spoke with my local dealer and he said if there is no code 81 then they are working, I show no code 81, he also said that they do not turn on untill 3500 rpm and shut off when braking wtf???. The thumb warmer works and I have continuity through the warmers when tested at the plug just behind the head lights. Tried them again on the weekend and still cold. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS. KCCO

Mine seem to work best when riding at slow speeds but when I'm riding fast, they quit.

As stated above, I keep mine at full setting and they only get hot when revs are above 3500.
