Nitrous Express wet kit

I found this kit for sale and this is what the guy said about it.
It came off a REV I bought. It is a universal kit. I have instructions for it. I can send you some pictures tomarrow. It is a Nitrous Express wet kit. I would think you can install it on a four stroke. It depends on how you install it. It only has 2 manifolds, but I know more can be bought if you want one in each intake runner.

I was wondering if this will work good on a phazer please let me know what you guy think. Here are some pics.
