I just got done replacing a cooked apex motor for a guy. He punched a hole in his exchanger and overheated it. He claimed he never got a temp light warning on dash and this got me thinking.
If i understand correctly, if there is no coolant in the system the temp sensor is never going to get to a temperature hot enough to even trigger a warning light on the dash. Is this correct?
